As Vice President of Business Development, Marili provides clients guidance and creative thinking to execute cost-effective solutions for both small and large-scale matters spanning from pre-settlement engagements, class certification notices, mass settlements, consent orders, as well as government and corporate remediations.

Marili brings 15 years of experience in the field of class action settlement administration in sectors such as cybersecurity, insurance, financial services, healthcare, real estate, and technology. Marili has interfaced with federal regulatory agencies such as the Department of Justice, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the United States Securities & Exchange Commission. An expert in class action administration, Marili has worked on notable matters including Paras v. Dental Care Alliance, Sullivan v. Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics Corporation, Pine v. A Place for Mom, Cymbalista v. JPMC, Tepper v. Santander Bank, and Outzen v. Kapsch Trafficcom USA.

Marili started her career in advertising and held account executive roles at leading organizations such as Leo Burnett Worldwide, Saatchi & Saatchi, and Foote, Cone & Belding, working with Fortune 500 companies such as Procter & Gamble, Westin Hotels & Resorts, Abbott Laboratories, and many others.

Marili received her MBA from the University of San Francisco, School of Business and Management. She received her bachelor’s degree in communications from the Ateneo De Manila University. In addition, she received an International Baccalaureate diploma with a minor in French studies from Marymount International School, Rome.
