By agreeing to electronic delivery, you are consenting in the affirmative that we may send Tax Documents to you electronically, and acknowledging that you are able to access Tax Documents from the website we have established for this matter.. Tax Documents will remain available to you on the website for at least one year consistent with IRS guidelines. We will notify you at the email address you have provided when the Tax Documents are available. Tax Documents will be posted in PDF format and will require Adobe Acrobat Reader or other PDF reader software to open and view the Tax Documents. If you subsequently withdraw consent to receive Tax Documents electronically, a paper copy will be provided. Your consent to receive the Tax Documents electronically continues for every tax year until you withdraw your consent. You can withdraw your consent before the Tax Document is furnished by mailing a letter including your name, mailing address, effective tax year, and indicating your intent to withdraw consent to the electronic delivery of Tax Documents to P.O.
